If your order arrives:

• Damaged

• Incomplete

• Defective due to a manufacturing or packaging issue
  We’ll happily send a replacement — no refunds, no hassle.

What’s Not Covered

We can’t replace products due to:

• Personal taste or spice preferences

• Normal variations in color or texture

• Improper storage after delivery (e.g., moisture, heat, or sunlight exposure)

• Purchases made through unauthorized dealers

• Note: This guarantee only applies to purchases made directly through WildfireSpiceCo.com. If you purchased from a retail partner, please contact them directly regarding returns or replacements. If a retail partner doesn't get back to you in a timely manner, please email us and include your receipt.

Keep It Fresh

Our powdered hot sauces are shelf-stable, but for the best flavor:

• Store sealed in a cool, dry place

• Avoid humidity

• Use within 24 months of purchase, but the sooner the fresher, like any product.
