At Wildfire Spice Co., we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to have a great experience. Because our products are consumable food items, our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and product safety.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened food products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Issues
Wildfire Spice Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to assist where possible, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed in these cases.

Refunds (If Approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
